Soooo, I wrote this post and then accidentally clicked "delete" instead of "view" before actually publishing it. Now i'm slightly grumpy because it was long, detailed and I don't want to write it again!
I apologize in advance for how long it's taking me to get this up. I've been waiting to finish this specific entry before sending out the blog link to our family and friends. Now that I've gone and deleted what I had, I figured I'll just send it out anyways.
